Terms of use
Agents use this portal to register patients, request consultations and place orders on a patient's behalf. Agents do not diagnose patients or prescribe medicine. Only clinic doctors may recommend medicines. Commission is recorded only on payments the clinic has confirmed, and may be reversed if a payment is later found to be invalid.
Privacy notice
Identity documents, medical information and bank details are stored privately and are only visible to the person they belong to and authorised clinic staff. Patient medical information is collected with the patient's recorded consent and used only for the consultation and any resulting recommendation.
