How it works
Every stage is tracked in the portal, so you always know what to do next.
1. Create your account
Sign up with your name, phone number, email and a password. You can start your application immediately.
2. Complete the guided registration
The form is split into short steps: your personal details, next of kin, guarantor details and document uploads (identity, passport photograph and signature). You can save and continue later.
3. Admin review
Our admin team reviews your application. You will be notified if it is approved, rejected, or if more information is needed. Approved agents receive a permanent Agent ID.
4. Register a patient
Add the patient's details and complaints. The patient's consent is recorded before any medical information is collected.
5. Pay the ₦5,000 consultation fee
Upload your proof of payment. The medical form only unlocks after our admin team confirms the payment — not when the receipt is uploaded.
6. Doctor consultation
Fill the medical form, and our doctor reviews the case, asks follow-up questions if needed, and recommends suitable herbal medicines with dosage and duration.
7. Order, pay and deliver
Place the order from the recommendation, upload payment proof for admin confirmation, then follow the delivery status until your patient receives the medicine.
8. Earn your commission
Once the clinic confirms an eligible payment, 10% is recorded in your commission ledger. You can request a payout to your registered bank account.
